Project Description
30 villas, cottages, water villas, tree houses, a spa with a gym and a floating 2000sq. ft restaurant with a banquet area.The site is located 1000ft above the sea level at the bottom of the Himalayas on the lakeside slope of Banpari lake. The inspiration for this project has been taken from traditional Bengali fishing net. The project has gone through planning stage and is awaiting approval from the Indian Water Board.
